THE PINE: DESIGN CONSULTATION
You are a DIYer and you know how to get things done, but would like some design guidance in setting up or updating your vacation rental, this design consult is for you. I will walk the property (in person or via video conference) with you and provide verbal recommendations, which include suggested amenities, furniture placement, lighting, furniture/decor, paint colors, & landscaping to enhance your property for its maximum appeal and increase that occupancy.
HOSTS: I can also help hosts get raving reviews, and Airbnb+ super host status.
THE WILLOW: DESIGN & SOURCING PROVIDED
You need a little more help than the DIYer and don’t want to do it yourself. This package is great for those that want to increase their occupancy and nightly rates while saving time by letting me source the furniture & decor needed. After our in-person or remote viewing of the property, I will provide a written report including, a mood board with photos and links to recommend purchases.

THE OAK: FULL-SERVICE DESIGN & INSTALLATION
If you are in the process of setting up your first or 10th short-term rental or want a complete overhaul of your existing property(s), I can design and furnish your STR to wow your guests. My goal is to provide you with eye catching design (many guest are searching for), that will help maximum your rental income, get higher visibility, and raises in nightly rates.
